The path: engineering degree → P&G brand discipline → launching a telecom unit to 300K customers → scaling a digital agency from €1M to €13M → nearly seven years at Unbabel growing from $1M to $15M ARR → building Product Marketing at PandaDoc on its path to $1B.
At Unbabel, I was working on human-AI collaboration before it had a name. Running a global crowd-powered system taught me that AI doesn't replace human judgment — it amplifies it. The companies that win design the right interface between human wisdom and machine capability.
